Pizza shown on Gien Oiseaux de Paradis
I sliced a roma tomato and popped the pizza in the oven to melt the feta and wilt the tomatoes. Once the tomatoes have wilted, take the pizza out of the oven and track down the Balsamic Vinegar! Drizzle the pizza with just a little Balsamic and voila! The vinegar adds some depth of flavor and the tomatoes give freshness that can be lost with pizzas that come from the store. If you don't have a Fresh Market or Whole Foods nearby, you could pick up the crust, sauce, spinach, feta, roma tomatoes, and balsamic at your local grocery store. Enjoy!
